Our Building
The beautiful, five-story Gardens of Mazatlán is ideally situated for easy access to health care, shopping, restaurants and the magnificent beaches of the Pacific Ocean. We have prepared the interior with you being foremost in our thoughts, including easy access and immediate response by our trained personnel
The first or Main Floor incorporates administrative offices as well as health support facilities, common space and resident services.
The second floor through the fourth are dedicated to Assisted Living and is designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. The fifth floor is designed with added security in mind and will be dedicated to Memory Care.
The rooftop will be accessible to residents and there will be a rooftop walking path surrounding a Palapa for social events.
Note: The furniture depicted in these three-dimensional images is for illustrative purposes only. While the studios are fully furnished, residents are encouraged to use special furnishings from their own collection to “personalize” their private studios, subject, of course, to available space and certain safety limitations.
Studios
Each private Studio offers an “Individual” (Single) bed, nightstand and lamps, recliner, immediate access to the Sun Deck, large built-in closets and storage areas, vanity, toilet and walk-in shower.
Companion Studios will accommodate two Individual Beds or one “matrimonial” (Double) Bed. Residents can choose to use their own bed and/or furniture.
Main Floor
The Main Floor is the Reception and Transportation Center for the Gardens. All administrative offices are located on the main floor as is the classroom and meeting rooms.
The Kitchen and Dining Rooms are in the Great Room of the Main Floor. Dining is available on the Main Floor as well as in the Great Room of each Suite. In-room dining is available in each resident's Studio upon request. The television lounge and activity rooms are on the Main Floor.
Therapy, Exercise, and Massage are located on the Main Floor, as welzl as the Salon and quiet space.
